Milestones
The project has now been completed and involved three main stages.
From October 2017 to spring 2018, the largest part of the work was dedicated to the design of the architecture. The outcome of this phase was a detailed set of specifications and guidelines for the deployment of the network.
During 2018 and until the end of the project, the network was implemented and interchanges with stakeholders took place. All interested parties were invited to enquire and participate in the action. A specific conference for stakeholders was organised during this second phase of the project.
In 2019, the third phase of the project was executed, with hands-on workshop organised in all four Member States that participated in the project. Language resources were actively collected and a Governance and Sustainability plan was prepared, to establish processes for an extension to new Member States/EEA countries as well as define means to sustain the network beyond the lifetime of the project itself.
Dissemination activities and interaction with stakeholders took place throughout all project development phases.
